Service&Parts Manager Job Description in Slovenia（base in Slovenia)
1, Responsible for optimizing Sany southeastern Europe service parts system, providing customers with better service&parts experience;
2, Provide necessary service parts training to dealers or key account customers, help improve the service&parts response ability and service& parts quality of the company and dealers, solve customer’s problems and complaints about service&parts;
3, Manage and track the repayment of the spare parts of the dealers, and urge the dealers to pay in time according to the contract;
4, Complete other tasks assigned by the leader；
