QUALITY

SCE1000A is a lattice boom crawler crane with 100t lifting capacity, boom length totaling 64m, and featuring stronger capacity yet reduced self-weight. Key components come from international name brands of reliable quality. Operator comfort is improved by brand new cab design.

DIMENSIONS

Meet 3m transport width permission without crawlers (carbody outrigger offered optionally), 3.49m wide with crawlers assembled. Boom transport: transport in two layers and two rows, and jib nestle inside the boom structure.

USER EXPERIENCE

Quick response: start and stop within 0.5 s. Good inching performance: the winch can realize inching function with or without load (inching travel 25mm, which is only 3mm for 8 parts of line hook). Hydraulic control lever: meeting operation habits of the customers preferring the hydraulic control model.

SAFETY

Load moment indicator: Analytical mechanics is applied and moment limiter calculation system based on the hoisting mechanics model is established. Through online empty-load calibration, the rated accuracy can reach 0~5% to fully protect the hoisting operation. In case of overload, the system will automatically give an alarm to guarantee safety operation. Full hydraulic double-circuit brake system.
